A thoroughly helpful pharmacy! They came to the rescue when my friend from England left her medication at home, they sorted my repeat prescriptions so I wouldn't keep forgetting them (thank you Paula!), and they do everything with a smiling, friendly attitude. Absolutely fantastic pharmacy!

Been under new management as Fishguard Pharmacy for a while (no longer Lloyd’s). Can’t recommend them enough. Always very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely go the extra mile & take the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. The BEST pharmacy in the area. Never any issues. Thank you for a great service! 10/10!

I've recently found the staff very helpful and efficient, which they weren't when I first started going there. I think there was a change of ownership? management? a short while ago, so maybe that's the reason.

I was impressed by the staff in here. Recently I have had problems getting my regular medication. The staff in here went above and beyond what was expected of them to get it sorted out for me.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Even when they're busy, (and it's nearly always busy in here being immediately next door to the dr surgery) I've seen them make time for a chat with elderly clients who wouldn't usually have much contact with anyone.
Yes, it gets busy, but even when the odd person gets irate, the staff stay calm, polite and pleasant. Like many other stores these days , They can refuse to deal with people who get abusive, but they do actually try to resolve the situation there and then.
A well stocked pharmacy and shop that is clean and tidy. Prices about on par with supermarkets.
My only complaint is it's not open on a Saturday.
Maybe they can think about doing a Saturday morning opening?
